Where are you from?

Redwood City born and raised!

What's your fitness or movement background?

My mother was a professional triathlete and my dad was and all around outstanding athlete. Sports and fitness has been more apart of my life than anything, it's just what my family did. I did my first triathlon at age 5, learned to surf at age 7, ran my first marathon at 10, and held State swimming records at 11. I'm thankful for growing up in a home that valued physical fitness and health. The love of sports and fitness combined with my love for people led me to becoming an instructor. I have taught swimming for 10 years, and have been teaching Lagree for 3. I believe that your body is such an amazing gift and love finding ways to make movement and fitness fun. My desire is for everyone to tap into their bodies potential and find strength they didn't know they had.

What do you love about the Megaformer?

That it is HANDS DOWN the hardest workout, and yet so kind to your body. But the BEST part is that it is so dang fun. Every workout is different, so you never get bored and there are so many variations you can continually see yourself get stronger.

Have you noticed any mind/body changes from our workout?

Absolutely. I feel like my mind gets stronger every class, and it carries Into my daily life. Life sometimes is difficult but for some reason knowing I can do Super Lunge with all the springs on makes me feel like I can handle whatever life throws at me. The Megaformer makes me feel like I'm a badass with a good ass.

What's your favorite mega move?

Oh gosh. It changes constantly. I always say cobra... however currently Flying Wheelbarrow is stealing my heart.

What's your favorite part about being an instructor?

I love reminding people of their greatness. We all have greatness inside of us and when we get to see it physically and feel it - it's amazing. Seeing people radiate when they see themselves get stronger brings me so much joy.

How long have you been teaching?

3 years

When you're not on a Megaformer, what are you up to?

Having fun with my toddler Alden Finn. Surfing with my husband or drinking a lot of coffee.

We hope you're as excited as we are for Esther to join the team! Sign up for one of her classes here. ❤️
