Heart to Heart with Michelle

Michelle, mother of 2, tried a bunch of different workouts before sticking with Heartcore. Now she takes class 4x/week and has achieved her goals of losing 15+ pounds and becoming toned all over.

I can’t get enough Heartcore! Today marks my one year anniversary of starting Heartcore and I am addicted! I have tried a ton of different workouts and have finally found the right fit for me. ALL of the instructors are so supportive and fun. They make the 40 minute workout go by so fast, but more importantly, they make sure everyone’s form is spot on.

Heartcore takes a good 4-6 weeks to start to feel comfortable with the moves. If you are thinking about trying it, be patient and be determined and stick with it, you will be so happy you did.
