Policies

+ All classes must be prepaid.

If you make a class reservation, you must first purchase a single class, package (multiple classes) or Unlimited membership beforehand. Purchase classes online or through the MindBody Connect app. If you make a class reservation without purchasing an active series, you will be removed from class.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Cash payments are not accepted.

+ You must have an active credit/debit card on file.

To attend classes at Heartcore, you must have an active credit/debit card on file. We will use that card to purchase class packages/retail, and charge any fees. Heartcore will not process charges that use an incorrect, expired or over-the-limit credit card. We will make our best efforts to contact you if this occurs. If you fail to pay any fees or charges when due, services or privileges may be suspended or terminated.

+ Check class expiration dates.

You should be aware that classes and packages expire, and future prices are subject to change. You are responsible for choosing a class package or membership that works with your schedule. We do not offer extensions on any class packages.

We offer a hold program for our clients on our Unlimited Autopay $199/Month with 3 mo. commitment: Hold periods must be a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 2 weeks. 3-Month memberships are eligible for 1 hold at no charge. Each additional hold is $25.00.

+ Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. You may not share a class package or membership with a family member or friend. They must have their own account and class package.

+ Grip socks are required.

We require all clients to wear grip socks on the Megaformer for their safety (no slippage when your feet get sweaty!) and to keep our machines sanitary. While we wipe our machines with antiseptic after every class, grippy socks help keep the machines extra clean :)

We sell ToeSox at our studio for $17. If you want more variety, check out Sticky Be Socks, Nike or Amazon.

+ Come on time.

First class? You must arrive at the studio 10 minutes before the scheduled class time, so your instructor can ask about your injuries, and give you a safety orientation and explanation of the Megaformer. If you come less than 10 minutes before class time, your instructor may not have adequate time to orient you and you may be turned away. The class will be credited back into your account, to reschedule for another time.

Heartcore regular? Sign in at the front desk by the time class starts. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your Megaformer may be given to a stand-by student.

+ Cancel 12 hours before class to avoid fees.

In order to remove yourself from a class, you must cancel your reservation at least 12 hours prior to the class start time.

  • Login to MindBody,
  • go to "My Info"
  • Click "My Schedule"
  • Click "Cancel" next to the class time

All cancellations must be made online. Phone calls or emails are not an acceptable form of cancellation (the call or email may not be received before the start of class).

Fees for Members with Unlimited Packages

  • Late Cancel Fee (within 12 hrs before class starts) - $15
  • Late Cancel Fee (within 2 hrs before class starts) - $20
  • No Show Fee - $25

Fees for Members with Class Packages

  • Late Cancel Fee (within 12 hrs before class starts) - $15
  • Late Cancel Fee (within 2 hrs before class starts) - $20
  • No Show Fee - Lose Class

There are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, but we do understand emergencies occur. The policy is in place to encourage members to make schedule changes in a timely manner. Last minute schedule changes prevent others from having the opportunity to sign up. It also helps to motivate you to stick to your scheduled workout.

+ You'll be charged a late cancel fee if you switch your class reservation to another time on the same day.

Switching classes on the same day, during the cancellation period, is still considered a "late cancel" and result in a $15 fee. If you've held a spot in class, you're making it unavailable to someone else.

+ Check your position on the waitlist, and cancel if you can no longer attend the class.

Class is full? Add Yourself to the Waitlist! As spots open up in class, people are added to class from the waitlist, in the order they put themselves on it.

How do I get on the waitlist? Get on the wait list by clicking “SIGN UP NOW” for the class you want to attend. You have a higher chance of getting into class, the earlier you add yourself to the waitlist.

How do I know if I've been added to class from the waitlist? When a spot becomes available, you'll receive an automated email or text letting you know you've been added to class and are now registered. If you didn't receive an email, check your profile online to see if you’ve been added. Click "Subscribe to email reminders & notifications" to receive waitlist notifications via email. Adding yourself to the waitlist is like making a class reservation.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: It is assumed that by you being on the waitlist, you WANT to take the class. You may be added to class from the waitlist up until it's 1 hour before the class starts. If you can’t make it to class, you must “early cancel” the class or remove yourself from the wait list at least 12 hours in advance of the class start time to avoid being charged any late cancellation fees. ⚠️

To view your current position on the waitlist OR cancel:

  • Click on “My Info”
  • Then click “My schedule”
  • If you are on any waitlists, there will be a “WAITLIST” button on the top right corner above your schedule.
  • Click on the "WAITLIST" button and you'll see all the waitlists you're on and your current position.
  • You can click “Cancel” to remove yourself from the waitlist. Be sure to click “OK” to confirm the removal.

Don't want to add yourself to the waitlist? Members tend to cancel 1-2 hours before class starts, so check the schedule for openings as it gets closer to class time.

+ No distractions.

No children can be left unattended. Our studio space is not insured for childcare, so due to safety and insurance concerns, we cannot allow children to remain unattended while class is in session. Please do not bring any children to the studio, if they are to be left unattended or unsupervised. Note: During classes, the music is played loudly and occasionally contains explicit lyrics.

No talking, loud yelling or grunting. Our workout requires a lot of focus and control due to the instability and spring-load of the Megaformer. Any moment a client is distracted in class may result in injury. While we love your enthusiasm, we ask that you keep repeated talking, yelling or grunting to a minimum. If an instructor asks you to quiet down, it’s because we feel it may be affecting group dynamic and/or safety.

+ You must be 14 years or older.

Due to safety concerns, we only allow clients 14 years or older attend classes at Heartcore.
